A lot of people call them that. I mean no disrespect just that these trucks run better with a flow through muffler like magnaflow. I had a flowmaster 10 in mine at one time. I personally like the way mine sounds with just my aeroturbine resonator and no muffler.
But everyone has different tastes.

All personal taste lol. I like mine with no muffler at all. I had my factory muffler removed and straight piped. All factory except muffler removed. I love the sound. Quiet at cruising speeds
