Battery is terribly corroded. I will clean both off, although it has no trouble starting. I have added a 4awg additional ground from the battery to the body to help with some grounding issues I've read about back when I drove this same truck back in high school, i also had a sound system and that was the need for the additional ground. I will clean the battery, check the g200 ground and reset the codes.

Found the problem.
Heat shield was slightly rubbing the drivers side rear oxygen sensor wire. It rubbed a hole in the insulation, grounded, and blew a fuse under the hood. Replaced the fuse, fixed the wire and tied it up out of the way, reset the codes and it is back to normal.
