Does an '03 have a cabin filter in it? If so, is it under or in the glove box?

cabin filter? is that suppose to filter the air or something? I have an 03 as well so jw if I have one too

I know they were optional, youll have to check behind your glovebox to see if you have one. My 03 SCrew doesnt have one

Thanks guys, just changed the ones in my daughters '02 civic. Yeeesh! Boy were they nasty. So it got me to wondering.

My 02 has one I just bought one but I was wondering how to change it I've heard two things one is under the glove box and the other is its under the vents by the wind shield wipers.

post some pics of where its located if you can. I have an 02 and would like to check for them.

I found where there is supposed to be one. Under the glove box is 3 screws that holds a black cover on they are 5/16" pull those out n it will be there if you have one if not it is blanked off . You can cut out the square n install on but I havnt had the time to do it yet.

Thanks bmhambone. Found where it should be. Knockout panel was still in place. Also checked the window sticker and it wasn't on there as an option. I'm going to install one this weekend.
