Diffrence?

Are the 5.4 from our trucks and 5.4 from a 250 the same or is anything different? I have the opportunity to pick one up cheap and was thinking about building it up and throwing it in my truck. Thanks

Different years may have different sensors or intake manifolds, but other than that, the general block assembly is the same. Go for it.
