Once you raise the rear 2", it might fix the look of the front. Adjustable air shocks on the rear might fix occasional hauling.

@zolasboy If you got the belltech kit with the lowered knuckle, You can either (cheap) cut the spring or (expensive) get an airbag kit. one can also use the cheap coil compressors but that is way the not right thing to do.
It don't matter if I like the truck or if anyone else on here likes the truck, as long as you like it and it's safe to drive, it looks great to me.

If the 1998 is a torsion bar front end (or if Belltech doesn't replace it), the vehicle should be able to be lowered by adjusting spring tension on the torsion bar.
However, if the tension is reduced too much, the truck will float due to insufficient spring rate (think of it like having a weak coil spring).
IF that is the case, you will need to have the front end alignment adjusted.
If they aren't using torsion bars, then please forger I wrote anything here.

It appears that your kit included drop spindles for the front, and leaf spring hangers and shackles for the rear.
To get the front lower, you will have to use shorter springs. This is not ideal as it will affect the ride (usually the spring has to be stiffer to control movement in less distance), greater potential for suspension bottoming, and you will have to get it realigned. I would suggest talking to Belltech and see if you can just use a shorter shackle or remove the spring hanger brackets to lift the rear an inch. You will have that nice sporty look and never have to worry about bottoming anything or tire/fender interference.

No rake at ALL! I bet you could put a 6' level on the bed and it wouldn't budge the bubble! *** end needs to be at least 2" up to look tolerable...definitely do NOT lower the front any more!

No comment about the look, but didn't you do the measurements and math beforehand? Looks like you told somebody 2 in the front 4 in the back. Is that what you got? Or did you just have somebody install a kit.?

Right...
Hard to take a side when we don't know measurements or what it looked like before. I think it looks like it has a bit of the Carolina Squat going on. I've seen worse.

To me, as if the driver loaded too many bags of cement, and needs a ticket for an overloaded vehicle. Rears usually have an inch (1"?) extra height so loaded they are level or almost so. Again, why I like air adjustable shocks, even if I have to fill them at a station so they are sorta manually operated. I don't carry loads V often. Anyway, the OP is going back to the vendor to see what can be done.
