I had a bad squeak in the front end and it went away when I replaced both upper control arms which have built in ball joints. $100 fix and took complete care of it. Turned out the control arm gaskets were pretty worn and dry. U may look and see if the control arm bushings look cracked at all. If not, then I have no idea. I have a 99' 150.

Well its still squeaking pretty bad and the ball joints do not have grease fitting but i heard you can stick a needle through the seal and grease them that way but i don't know where the seal is at.
