Well on plus side no matter what rear gear ya got it makes ya truck move LOLol. 3.55 here. Want a locker or something like that I just have no knowledge of that kind of stuff. Lol

That's what I would've thought mine would have since it has the towing package. I guess not. How much is it to re-gear to 3.73? I'd have to do front and rear as it 4x4. At least it's the 3.55 ls so one not spinning the one wheel that's in the slippery crap.

I actually lucked out and the PO of my truck replaced the ls unit with a locker.

Isn't ls the same as positive traction? Isn't that what a locker does? Just wondering because I thought it was the same.

Its close to the same just the locker doesn't have clutch packs to worry about wearing out, and provides more of a positive lock between the two wheels.

What about an axle code 27? In an f150 with 9.75.. everything I'm reading says 3:31 non LS f250.
