Get an ohm meter and you can test the coil with it. You should measure 1.8 and 2.0 ohms across the two contacts. If it measures OK, pull it out and look for cracks in the boot. If it is cracked, you can buy just the boot at NAPA for about 7 bucks.

If you don't have a multi-meter, HF has this free coupon good for 2 more days.

P0113 is check the air intake sensor. Clean or replace the sensor.
P0306 is the second cylinder on the drivers side. It is probably not firing because of either a bad coil, boot, spark plug, or internal engine problem.
P9316 is just the start up code, saying that there is a misfire within the start up paramater, read by the computer. Your 306 or the 113 could set this, but bet on the 306 being the culprit setting this code.

Once you fix the 113 (sensor usually), then figure out what the 306 is caused by. If you get it figured out, clear your codes and take it for the drive to reset everything. Once you have the mileage driven to reset the computer again, check and see if the 306 is still there. If its gone, so will the 316 be. It will not reset unless the computer reads another problem upon start up. This is why the 316 code is useful with Fords. It saves looking into other spots that may not be the problem.

Checked resistance and it read "0" on my meter
