Default P0305 and P1152 help

Seemed to have some really bad stuttering this morning along with.codes and a flashing service engine.soon light. Anyone know if its just a simple miss fire and I need a new coil pack. Thats what it looks like. Just wondering if that is the problem. Rough idle and stuttering at low rpms.

I had the same issue. I had a p1152, along with p0307,308. I replaced plugs, coils, injectors, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator. Nothing completely fixed it. Ended up taking it to ford and had them diag it. It ended up being a bad pcm.

Had similar codes on a 4.2 it was a vacuum leak caused by the upper in take valley gaskets 30 bucks and an hour of work. It sputtered and kicked at low RPMs and drank a lot of gas
