pacesetter LT's and ORY pipe??
Anybody running this setup? If you are what muffler did you end up using? I will not be using any cats and I was thinking of running a Borla Pro XS muffler, 3" from the collector all the way back.

I just put it on my truck. The Y pipe didn't fit like I wanted it too so I got the muffler shop to just run true duals with magnaflows all the way back. The Y pipe didnt come with bungs for the rear O2 sensors either. But, it sure does sound good now!

How was the fitment for the headers? Easy job or pain in the ***? How long did it take you to do the install?

The hole where the y pipe bolts the rear of the transmission wouldn't align right, it was a little cockeyed no matter what I did, and the driver side was almost touching the front drive shaft at the transfer case.
I ended up running 2.5 inch pipe all the way back with a x-pipe and 4 inch tips.
The install wasn't too bad, more aggravating than anything else. The headers fit good, getting to some of the bolts on install is tight but not too bad. If you soak everything with PB Blaster or something like that the night before you should be able to get it done in a long day. Really depends on how much breaks. 4 of my studs broke off in the block lol.

You don't by chance have any sound clips do you? How was the fitment on you're y-pipe? Are you running any cats? What size pipe are you using? I want to run a Borla XR-1 but people on another forum said it would be really loud and that's not really what I wanting but considering I want be running any cats I can only imagine that it would probably louder than I really want it. They told me to run a Borla Pro XS.

The y pipe fit fine but you have to put it on before you tighten down the headers or it wont go on all the way. No cats. I have the headers then the ypipe and the muffler slid right on the end of the y-pipe. I ran it like that for a while but it was impossibly loud. I went down to oreillys and got an 18 inch piece of pipe and slid it on to the end of the muffler. I just run it like that now. Btw everything is 3 inch. It's kinda loud but it's pretty quiet on the highway. If I ever pipe it to the back I'll just put a splitter after the muffler and run "fake" duals. I guarantee if you pipe it all the way to the back it won't be too loud on the inside of the truck. This video was taken with a phone so it's not high quality. But you get the jist of it. I got the xr-1 part number 40943. It sounds so mean you wont regret it.
