Going with a ATI procharger. I have a friend who is finishing up his newest build with a whipple. Once the motor is in the truck and he has it tuned, I'll be buying his old P1sc setup.

I ended up running 2.5 inch pipe all the way back with a x-pipe and 4 inch tips.
The install wasn't too bad, more aggravating than anything else. The headers fit good, getting to some of the bolts on install is tight but not too bad. If you soak everything with PB Blaster or something like that the night before you should be able to get it done in a long day. Really depends on how much breaks. 4 of my studs broke off in the block lol.

I am the God of hellfire
Yep that's the main reason I did not want the painted ones, ceramic coated is the only way to go IMO. I'm running a 3" ORY pipe with a Borla Pro XS and believe me it flows and it's loud but it don't help that I'm not running cats. I had to order a bigger mufffler which will be here wednesday.
Im gonna be getting rid of all my cats, running OBX LTs 3 inch single pipe with Borla Xr1. Im afraid its gonna be too loud as well. Im gonna go ahead with it though... can always add another muffler later, or cats.

ya ik they are gonna rust out but thats all i could afford with all the other gooddies i bought for the truck n the last two weeks since i bought it...im putting 4 cherry bomb glass packs on the truck two on each side exiting in front of the rear tires wit dual 5" I.D. tips that 18" long should be pretty loud n have a nicer tone then my 2000 with the 5.4 same exhaust on that truck with out the cannon tips lol it was pretty mean soundin had an H-pipe on it sounded like a sick *** stang...

A buddy of mine has a 2006 6.0L vortex max and has 3 damn muffler under his truck and I give hell about every time I see him. And the funny thing is he makes out like he can't find just 1 muffler to use.

You can either get a left-handed drill bit or get you a regular drill bit and drill the stud and take you're easy out and back it out very slowly. When I installed my LT's header 3 studs broke off, it's just a little time consuming but it can be done.
