So literally after a 12 and a half hour round trip with my wife, kids and mom in her excursion we found out how badly the super crew was really stripped and was sitting in my coworkers brothers field with no doors. I had to pass on it and considered the day a loss along with about 40 gallons of fuel. On the good side Ive located a decent 98 ext cab stepside with a blown motor for a fair price and going to pick it up in the am. So as for now it looks like the build is looking to be an ext cab and not a crew like I was really wanting ( you win some and loose some ) Ill post pics of the project in the morning and will start tearing down thru out the day. as for now Im off to get a few hours of sleep.

I know I'm just a new guy but I'd say do it. I kinda wondered if people had stolen King Ranches before just for the interior I would have never guessed It actually happens though.

Mayday- after the dust of this project settles do you think you might have any tan dash pieces to sell to fund your project? Also I really like the idea of the navi f150...

It will certainly have a unique look with that flare side bed

King Ranches are stolen here all the time for their interior wheels and badges. its really sad.

I was hoping it would look unique with the flareside, Im going for the different look and hope I achieve it in a good way.

I may be missing something, I do like custom rides and all, but that seems like a pretty sweet navi to go cutting up :S

Mayday- I am looking for the trim around the radio, the trim around where the steering wheel comes through the dash, and the slide out cup holder. Thanks.

Just some FYI. If the exhaust is stock on the EXT cab its a 97. Only 97's had side exhaust in front of the tire from the factory.
