Default Removing paint from rims

I painted my rims black a while ago, had the idea i really wanna go back to the chrome, am I just SOL or is there anyway I could remove the paint

I know we have a place called "ublast" Around me where you go in and use there blasters, see if you have something like that in your area

Ok if not ill prob wind up trying a dremel with wire brush attachment and if it doesn't work I'll try xylen or however it's spelled I've used it before to remove over spray and worked well just never on such thick paint

I cleaned fabric spray paint off of vinyl with it, so I would imagine it would be fine.
