Default Replacing front end

I recently bought a 2003 Ford F-150 supercrew. I’m gonna replacing the whole front end. Here’s a pic of everything that is gonna be replaced. Any tips our advance on how I should tackle it would be greatly appreciated. Also have new rotors and break pads but no need to show them. Thanks

Pictures of the parts don’t help us much. A Haynes manual or something of the sort will be all the help you need for something as simple as this. Just time consuming. Just make sure you’re using good parts, or you will be back doing this same thing in no time at all. Moog problem solvers are what I, and everyone else around here for that matter, will recommend. Just remember, in suspension parts, you get what you pay for.

Those parts are junk. You'll be back on here in a year asking us why they went bad already.

Yep, looks like a Detroit Axle or similar import kit. Junk. The way Detroit Axle has done all of this is stupid too. Their production plant on the north side makes great stuff for all of the big 3 but they sell this stuff under the same name. They're one of the oldest OEM part suppliers in the city, going back to the 20's, and then they do this? Go figure.

Dont buy Detroit Axle, had to learn the hard way. The idle arm went bad, the stabilizing link things, as well as the ball joints after like 2 years and a half. I went with MOOG parts. Their cheap and all but your just gonna have to replace them way sooner than more reliable brands.

Detroit Axle (DA) makes some Moog parts. Moog's NASCAR mandated suspension parts are made in the same factory in Malaysia (IIRC) as some of these DA parts. DA cannot sell OEM parts to the public but don't confuse the difference between the two.

If you're referring to the parts shown here? There's nothing to see, they're junk.
