Default Are rock auto parts good?

Hey guys I'm about to order some front end parts for my truck such as tie rods, drag link, and idler arm. I was just wanting to know if parts of rock auto parts are reliable because their prices are pretty cheap. Thanks in advance, Clay.

Rock auto doesn't make part...they just distribute them. So you're not buying Rock auto parts, you're buying whatever brand you choose. So yes, "rockauto parts" are exactly good as MOOG, or Bleinstein, etc.

I have bought about 15 orders from them and I have never had a problem and they are always great parts and cheap.

I currently do have a thread up that they sent me what really appears to be a used part, and its pretty sketchy. But I really think it was just some dumbass employee and I expect that they will take care of this situation when I can get in touch with them.

But pretty much, I mostly don't even shop around any other stores if I find it on rock auto. Almost always has lowest prices.

Yep.
And the site is easy and fast and well organizedto use without popup ads
They have good pictures and selevtion of aftermarket parts, as well as oem often
And they show yopu what the most popular are wirh the hearts

Other companies have little idea of how bad their websites suck to use.

I appreciate that help guys cuz the truck has 196,000 miles on it right now and it has the original tie rods on it figured it's time for them to be replaced.

and don't forget to send the cores back in the SAME boxes that the new / reman parts came in

and don't destroy the boxes because the boxes are more valuable than the parts apparently
