EDIT: Just had the owner of a shop around the corner from my house tell me he can weld in my mufflers. Sweet... that's something I don't want to **** around with. My MIG won't by kind for that.

Yep that beast was on the news every night here in Seattle for years. It broke down a few times and they blamed this and that. They had to dig a hole from the topside down to it and pull out the cutter head for repairs once. That was quite the fiasco with the state blaming the contractor and the contractor blaming the state. Lawsuits were filed and it cost the City a couple hundred million extra over the original billions of dollars estimated. In the end they scrapped the pieces so there isn't anything left to take somewhere else. Good riddance.
