All I need is a tent and some room to carry a few things. That's camping.

That's glamping.

All I take is a hammock and a tarp (and woobie, food, drinks, socks, toothbrush, knife....)
Nice night I don't even use the tarp, just the woobie.

When I camp I just sleep in a burlap sack of poison sumac.

We ain't got that here, We use poison ivy.
I been in that stuff so much as a kid that I don't react to it anymore.

I never got a woobie, but I have thermal under clothes for duck hunting that was similar. They stuff my head full of things, so I wasn't allowed anywhere remotely dangerous, just ignored my volunteering to go to the rice paddies - kept me in Germany 6 yrs but that was nice. Here a stones throw from, "The coldest winter I ever spent was a.summer in San Francisco," I could use a woobie, despite It's having warmed up a couple degrees in the 35 yrs I've been here, positively.
