EDIT: Damn, not sure he want folks to know some of that....had to take it out.
Yeh I remember he had some life changing occurances that put a stop to that project before he got it to play nice.

It could be nice if one only went to a few psi boost, for normal use, and the 2nd helped out at the flick of a switch, for those who want really big power now and then. Are there any reports of volumetric efficiency on any of the 150's? Used at lower rpm than most hopped up rigs, I realized it's not a huge issue, but by that same token, they didn't try so hard. The 3V''s and auto DOHC's say, they admit it's not great. The Gott's mod, too.
Iirc he had a 4v Navi engine, or at least the heads, with an m122 svt super charger and twin turbos to feed it in front of a built 4r100. Would have been ridiculously over powered if it was sorted.

Thx. I wonder if this is one I have at least heard of before, somewhere in the forum. Dual/Twin turbos do not a compound setup, make, bit add the supercharger...

My '01 XLT should be called a 150-Lite. 5.4 XLT but w a 4R70w, which while up-built a tad, is still a 70. The most I might try is one of the lil inline electric blowers. Maybe good for *A* psi, LOL! But if my Vol eff is 80%, 12.76/11.76 psi is 22 HP. But 8.5% is not even 10%...

I applauded the other half for 41.8 mpg in her Civic. She usually runs 36-38 even on long trips. I tell her often, run a sports car as such, and an eco car as eco. My 150 is headed eco. But a Gott's mod, etc, helps reduce various drags.

I saw a gen of fast 150's was spec'd at 147 mph. Must get there fast, as I think mine would do that. Have not tried w these tires... But I sense nothing hindering at a brief 90-95-100, as I hear some had these limits imposed. Le gendarmes have V-rateds at 147 or 149 mph. Dunno what the lil SUV's can actually do on the open road in CA. They might have their cats pulled, being smog exempt. Meh...

Yeah, him and his younger brother worked on it from what I recall.

I just got some for free.

This waterless car cleaner is good, sells for $10 a bottle on Amazon.

Got 8 bottles of this paint sealant.
Enough to do over 250 cars.
On Amazon for $25 a bottle.
I use these both. Both work as advertised. Good stuff. Nice haul!

Got myself an old school rotating light for the ranger. I might swap the halogen bulbs for LEDs. This obviously isn't my primary response vehicle but if I'm out and I get a call I at least have lighting to use on my way to the station
