There's an Advanced Auto Parts here that loans tools for free, even if you didn't buy the parts there. They take a deposit, but you get it back when you return the tools. The local one has ball joint puller and press. They also have the t-bar tool for unloading and pre-loading the t-bar.

There's also a special tool for removing those heater core hoses if you don't have it, it'll make that job easy also.

Only got one side done today... Had to go help out a friend, so i will finish this project up tomorrow.

I dont have the heater hose tool, so i may run and get one tomorrow before i start the rest of the job.

Everything went smooth, only problem was i had to cut the tie rod ends shorter for the proper general alignment cause of the suspension lift.

Lets face it if we had money to burn we'd probably all take the alternate more often. I know I would.
