The guy had the wrong tone saying this but what he meant was prolly they hired u as part time because all the have to give you is part time hours but when they need u they will work u like a horse. It keeps them from losing there own hours. Say joe and Bob work 40 hours a week and u work 37. Well 20 hours needs cut for that week well joe and bob are full time so they want there hours so it falls on the part timer. So they take away from your hours to keep there's. because your part time and they are full time. Sorry not trying to cam hangs the thread. Just explaining..... Carry on. And I do like the bumper by the way. Good build.

To my understanding everyone has to have health insurance now since Obama care has come into play. Are you will be fined next tax season

IRS is not going to push the Obamacare health tax as the director of the IRS said it is unconstitutional. Healthcare only has to be provided as a option for companies that have more than 14 people working for them.

Not yet... Obamacare doesn't go into effect until 2014. In 2014, you'll be fined (taxed) 1% of your income if you don't buy health insurance. The fine increases to 2% in 2015 and 2.5% in 2015.

You do know the supreme court ruled it was constitutional right? They outrank the director of the IRS by a long shot. As well as the President and Senate who signed it into law unfortunately. You definitely need to fact check yourself.
