will my truck pass emissions/ check engine light
will my truck throw up codes/ check engine light/ not pass emminsions if I install comp cams xe262AH with possibly a Pi swap? baisically my question is will I have trouble with my trucks check engine light coming on/ will my truck pass NJ state emissions I believe all they do is plug it into the computer NO sniffer tell me what you think thanks yall

they plug in a computer and connect something to an exhaust, at least last i was there did, and that was only like a year ago. if you have any codes in the computer, no matter what they will fail you

I hate emission testing. I have check engine light because of the upper penulem gasket. Err. Was living in Texas only test they do there is make sure your lights horn work and exhaust is fine an tires are fine and wipers work lol now back in ohio where they have the emission test in certain counties which one is mine. BUT lucky for me my girl lives In a county that don't have it so I registered my truck at her addy lol. Ill eventually get around to fixing the gasket. Just no funds right now.
