Just found your thread and I love the fact you did two things I was thinking of doing but wanted to see how it would look first. The 18" rims and the tow mirrors are mods that I would like to do in the future. I think your truck just looks right at every angle and the mods are well done.
I am also thinking of getting a take off lariat grill with PTM and lastly power fold running boards. Then I saw the Bronco and thought in 2023 (I am now trading in every 3 years) one or possibly both of my children will be out of the house and maybe by then they will offer other power trains that could make it hard to pass up. Like you I need to win the lottery.
Anyways thanks for your thread it helped make a couple of my decisions up on where I want to take my build.

Thank you for the compliments and I’m glad I could be of some help! I actually found a chrome Lariat grille somewhat local and probably cheap enough, I’m tempted to make that happen 🤔
I looked forever trying to find a truck like mine with Sport wheels and never could until after I made the swap, but that’s how it works sometimes.
With two small kids and not knowing if we’ll be crazy enough to have more, my Bronco days are probably a dream 20 years away haha.
Lol my wife told me that we're getting a Bronco. But we're going to hold off for 2 years. We're picking up our new Lariat 502A lease on Saturday which will be the placeholder for the Bronco.

Seeing what you’ve done with your truck, I can’t wait to see you with a Bronco!
It will be interesting to see what kind of accessories you can order the Bronco with. And with the way some of these packages are, I may not have to do a whole lot to make it off road worthy. My wife really wants to move out to Colorado, so I'll just have to make sure we move after we get the Bronco. lol.

Moving to Colorado sounds like the perfect justification for buying a Bronco...
Quick, easy project for tonight- Dee Zee tailgate assist. I realized the other day I was bad about dropping my tailgate and this was on the to-do list anyway.
S&B intake, dry filter (wanted the better flowing oiled but out of stock). I bought it through AK Motorsports, you might see them on Facebook in Ford related groups. They gave me a slightly better price than anyone else, free shipping, and it got here in a couple days. They were very responsive to questions/messages on Facebook and I’ll gladly buy from them again.
So the intake went on easily except that lousy clear cover fits like a saddle on a sow. I ended up VERY CAREFULLY drilling out the holes so I could get screws to line up.
Test drive in a bit when I go look at/probably buy the next iron in the fire.
Please ignore my horribly (and surprisingly) dirt engine- hopefully I can get that cleaned up soon as well.
