Default 2018 XLT FX4 Sport Oxford White

Current:

When I brought it home from Ford:

After months of patiently waiting for a good deal and a truck that catches my eye, I finally traded in on this. It's a 2018 10sp 2.7L EB, which I've been very impressed with so far. It was an old man truck who trades in on something newer once every 1-2 years.

Nice truck and plans. What did you trade in towards it?

Don't revoke my man card, but a 2017 Corolla SE. My Ranger I had with the 4.0 was getting about 14mpg combined and I live 30 minutes from work, so I traded in on the first car I've ever owned in my life to save gas. I didn't realize how much I needed a truck until I didn't have one and my hobbies took a hit due to having a less versatile vehicle. There was many times I wanted to buy something that I couldn't haul myself and many times I wanted to check out a new hunting or fishing spot that I couldn't get to in the car. Very happy to be back in a truck again!

Makes sense. I came from an Acura TL, with the same issues.

Update: Today I removed the hideous old man mud flaps off the truck that were installed by the dealer for him when he bought it new. Unfortunately they drilled big holes through the fender flares to install them, so I ordered some OEM splash guards that will cover the holes.

I also ordered a set of Penda wheel well liners and a set of black OEM leather seat covers Take-Offs from a new Lariat. I will post some pictures once installed.

I think once these are completed my next task will be led headlights

Really impressed after adding LEDs to the cargo lights in the 3rd brake light. I don’t think seeing things at night will ever be an issue.

Stock fog left / LED right

Both fogs LED

LED reverse left / stock right

LED brake left / stock right

LED everything with brakes on

Added LEDs to my fog lights and rear housings today. Extreme difference in not only brightness, but the appearance and immediate on/off of the LEDs during flash cycles looks much more premium.

LED high/low beams as well as switchback DRL/turn signals are going in the front when my new grille comes in to knock both upgrades out at the same time.

Not pictured update is I removed the lower bumper valance and I also have a set of Lariat leather seats I need to make time to install.

Your getting a good start on it, nice looking truck. May I suggest PTMing the 4 bars on the grille, and a set of grille lights. Tell me to take off if I overstepped.
