Thank you, I'm hoping I like it. I traded in a 10 year old Kubota BX, which is smaller, for the JD.

Is that JD about the same size as the B2410? Kubota did away with the 2400 series, now they have BX and then jump up to a big one. The only thing I don't like about the Bota are the brake pedals, they are on the wrong side to be useful.

It would be similar in size to either a 23 or 25 hp B series Kubota. They still make and sell a lot of B series Kubota. My new JD has the brake on the left but its not a split brake.

They don't make the 2400 B series anymore, its either the BX or the 23/26 series and the 2410 was smaller than the 23/26 series, but with a 23 HP engine and two range HST. It was also about $6K less than the 2600. I got mine either 2001 or 2002, but don't remember. Great little tractor, only fault is the pedal location.

With the little Whaler on it - nice and level. The Whaler is a 15 with a 90 Evinrude e-tech on it, thing is sick fast but fun too.

^ rear looks about 1/2" or more low to me....
